HOA FEES

2026 fees are $911 per month.

The Monthly Association Fees cover landscaping (excluding the courtyard), water, cable, TV, building causalty insurance (as defined in Article VI of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions), upkeep of the swimming pool, basic pest control and fees to the PBC for upkeep of common areas (boulevard landscaping, tennis court, main pool, clubhouse). Payment can be made using a monthly coupon book or by auto-pay; check with Property Manager on how to setup.
